Our council organizes upwards of 10 exhibitions every year. Sometimes our patrons cannot visit our physical exhibitions in person. We wanted to create a virtual experience to allow such patrons experience the exhibitions online. We also wanted to archive the exhibitions for future reference.

ARTplenty's marketplace software allows customers to purchase original artwork, download high resolution digital files, customize and order canvas, giclee and fine prints. It allows art organizations print inhouse or get them drop shipped directly to their customers using our U.S. printing partner based in NY.

We wanted an ecommerce platform not only for our organization to sell event tickets and memberships, but also for our member artists to sell their artwork. We wanted them to be able to set prices and purchasing options through an artwork management system.

ARTplenty automates ID card generation for members. Members can enter their basic information, pay the required fees and ID cards are automatically generated and emailed to the member's email ID. Records are maintained in cloud database servers that are used to automate renewal requests, fund raisers, membership drives, general analyses and audit. Membership cards can be produced with QR codes for quick access to membership information at event locations, galleries etc.

As our membership was growing rapidly, we needed a system that could receive membership payments, generate ID cards and send renewal reminders to members automatically.

The collectors tool allows collectors to quickly create curated sets by first choosing an artist and then the artist's work one by one through an intuitive interface. A curated collection is ecommerce and analytics enabled and allows the inclusion of multiple artists and their works.

ARTplenty automates ticketing and puts ticket purchase option for events right on organization's website. eTickets are generated on the fly as per organization template. Tickets contain QR code for being scanned at the event gate.

ARTplenty allows staff members to custom create event tickets with custom ticket categories, prices and include optional notes and the provision for QR codes to be scanned at the gates.

ARTplenty's event ticketing system allows organizations create custom tickets that can be purchased by customer from the event announcement page. eTickets are emailed automatically with QR codes that can be scanned at event location. Detailed data logging can be enabled for analysis, audit and marketing.
